Yalonda's desire is to continue the path of motivating and encouraging women who have endured the vicissitudes of life. The hardship she experienced in her life was unimaginable. After years of dealing with hurt, shame, and pain she was able to overcome what once was unspeakable. As Yalonda began to work through her mess, it became her message. When she was able to forgive, she was forgiven and she finally discovered that what happened to her happened for her.

Lived through experiences  developed Yalonda's passion for helping others and her desire for mental health advocacy

Unspeakable

By Yalonda Best

All things work together for the good of those who love the Lord and who are called according to his purpose.

                                                                        Romans 8:28

The strength of a woman is not measured by the impact that all her hardships in life have had on her, the strength of a woman is measured by the extent of her refusal to allow those hardships to dictate her and whom she becomes. Who you are matters.

                 Jasmina Kimova

Living the life of unexpectancies and not being exactly sure where I would end up has been my life story. Experiencing one tragedy after another, I developed the mindset that God had deserted me. I couldn’t quite understand why he would allow such devastating things to happen to such an innocent little girl.  When I became conditioned to being hurt, I became a product of my experiences. I became a user and an abuser.

As a result of all the hurt, pain, lies and deception, I learned that there was absolutely nothing I could do that my Heavenly Father would not forgive me of.  When I decided to forgive those that used and abused me, God forgave me. I experienced grace and mercy. God turned my mess into my message and what happened to me, happened for me. God is a Redeemer!!!!
